Little less meat than a baby back, but I like them more. A little more forgiving and always super tender. Sweet and smoky!
It's not burnt, that's BARK! It's a PitMaster delicacy. A salty combination of smoke and fat that will melt in your mouth. The briskets not half bad either!

Tri Tip for 500?
We can do that! Our custom built pits have enabled us to cook for large quantities without sacrificing quality... There's plenty for everyone!

15 Hour Pulled Pork
Smoked for 15 hours over maple and cherry wood. Perfect for sandwiches or a plate full of meat
Baby Back Ribs
Smoked for 7 hours over hickory and cherry. Meaty and moist!
Perfect 10 Tri Tip
Winner of a perfect score in our last BBQ competition, our reverse seared Tri-Tip is smoked for 4 hours over hickory and pecan and then blasted on high heat to seal in the juices
